2- SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this contract is the Law on Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualities and sales price of which are specified in this Contract, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the website named www.roseverplus.com belonging to the SELLER. It is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette No.

4- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods or services within fourteen days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason and without paying any penal clause, and to take back the goods as of the date the withdrawal notification reaches the seller/supplier.

Before sending the product you want to return, you must send a message to info@....com with the order number and under the message "Return Product Request" in order to make the return transactions. Based on your return request, our company will send you a confirmation that your return request has been received by us.

5- PROVISIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

5.1. Refunds cannot be made for unpaid and original packaging products.

5.2. The return of the original packaging is damaged, has lost its resaleability feature, is used, damaged, cannot be purchased by another customer, and destroyed products are not accepted.

5.3. You must send the product you want to return, all copies of it, the original invoice and your return tracking number, and fill out the return form.

5.4. Before sending the product, the customer must fill out the Return Form and submit a Return Application and should not send the product before its application has been approved. Products sent in this way will not be accepted by our company and will be sent back to you. Based on your return request, our company will send you a confirmation that your return request has been received by us.

5.5. For the products you want to return, the shipping fee is covered by our company if they are sent with the company …. In order to benefit from the free shipping, you must deliver your package to the above-mentioned address of the Seller by …… Cargo. For returns sent with other shipping companies, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.



5.6.The return of cosmetic products is possible if the products are kept by the buyer in accordance with the return conditions.

5.7. The incoming product is first examined by BeOne. If the above conditions are met, the return process is initiated. When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your debit or credit card within 14 days, which is the legal period. This period starts when the withdrawal notification reaches BeOne. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank.

5.8. The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

5.9. It should be noted that only products purchased through www.roseverplus.com can be returned and exchanged.


6- OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1. Applications for complaints and objections, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology in December every year in line with Article 68 of the Law No. 6502 on consumer protection and Article 6 of the Regulation on Consumer Arbitration Committees, within the monetary limits of the consumer / Buyer's purchase or residence can be made to the consumer arbitral tribunal or the authorized consumer court in the place where it is located.

6.2. In the event that the addresses specified by the parties at the time of signing this contract change, they have the obligation to promptly notify their new notification addresses in writing via a registered letter with a clear notice regarding the change of address. Otherwise, notifications made to the old address will be deemed to be valid in accordance with the legal regulations.

6.3. The sale of the product subject to this contract made by the SELLER is for the final consumer. Sales person; If the BUYER suspects that he has purchased the product for resale or detects signs regarding this matter, he may terminate the contract unilaterally and with just cause.

6.4. Stamp duty related to this contract will be paid by the SELLER.

6.5. The information given in this contract is given for commercial purposes in accordance with the distance communication tools used and within the framework of the principles of goodwill, in a way to protect the minors and the adults who lack the power of discrimination or who are limited.

7- BUYER'S STATEMENT

The BUYER declares that he has read the Preliminary Information in Article 3 of this Contract, including the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price and payment method, and all the information regarding delivery, and has given the necessary confirmation in electronic environment.

8- AUTHORITY CONDITION

In all disputes arising from this Agreement, Ankara Courts and Execution Offices and the consumer arbitration committee or consumer courts in the place where the Buyer purchased the goods or resided are authorized.



9- PLACE AND DATE OF SIGNATURE

This Distance Sales Contract has been concluded electronically on the date and time of {_date_}, and a copy of it has been sent to the e-mail address of the BUYER specified in Article 1 of this contract in electronic format.

For the product/products you have purchased from the www.roseverplus.com site, you can return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, by using your right of withdrawal.

For the products that you want to return, it is obligatory that the product has not lost its resaleability feature, has not been damaged, has not been used, and if it is a gift product, it must be sent with the gift and all accessories, if any, and the box, bag, label and packaging of the product must not be lost or deformed.

In order to return the product you have purchased, you must fill out this form and send your order back to the address below, in its original packaging and with the invoice, within 14 days from the day you receive it.

Pack it carefully so that the product is not damaged during the return process.

If your return cargo reaches us, your return will be processed within 48 hours after we check the compliance of the product with the return conditions.

When your return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within 14 days, which is the legal period. This period starts with the receipt of the withdrawal notification to BeOne, and the reflection period of the refund amount in your account is at the discretion of your bank. For this reason, BeOne is not responsible for delays caused by the bank, even though the refund is made on time.

For payments made by wire transfer, please specify the bank information to which the product price will be refunded in the e-mail you sent stating that you want to receive a return confirmation.
